About the event

Presented by Rob Porter, learn the range of ways we can preserve food, discussing the pros and cons of freezing, fermenting, pickling, drying and more. 


In this hands-on session using seasonal excess, you'll do some practical pickling, taking home a jar of produce to enjoy.  


Cost is $25 covering costs with donation to garden activities.  Bring an apron or wear old clothes.
